You will need to replace your atomizer when you are not producing any 'Vapor Smoke' A good way to test and make sure the battery is not bad, (and in fact the Atomizer is the problem) is to simply suck at the end of the battery, when it is unscrewed from the atomizer. If the battery lights up at the opposite end from where you are sucking - (The end with the L.E.D.) then the battery is still good and the Atomizer is in fact no good.

Always assemble the ecigarette and make sure the Battery & Atomizer is tightened snug, then try a brand new Replacement Cartridge/Filter to double check that you weren't puffing on a dry filter; Often times the Atomizer and Battery are both fine and the Filter is dry or may be defective. If there is still no Vapor then the atomizer is in fact ready for replacement.
